Everything in my shop will require full payment to get started on your order. For special requested items, I will stay in full contact with you throughout the building process. Significant and major changes to the selection of product after you have paid and after I've already started making your item may add extra costs to your order. I will make your order, staying in full contact and when your happy, I will ship.
Cancellations are allowed only if your order hasn't shipped. No cancellations will be accepted on custom orders or if your order has shipped. Please enter your prefered shipping address when you checkout as I will ship to the address given.
Processing time for some orders is 5-7 buisness days. Of course if you need it sooner, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate.
Processing time for large quantities of items may take longer than the 5-7 day time period.
All orders will ship via USPS with insurance and delivery confirmation. Packages mailed within the US should arrive in 7-10 business days. Delivery Confirmation, Tracking and insurance are included. Please be aware that the Postal Service is Closed on some Holidays and Weekends.

Expedited shipping, such as overnight express mail, 2-day express mail and 3-day priority shipping, is available upon request. Please message me for a quote if you need faster shipping.
Please be aware that once the package is in the hands of the post office, I am not responsible for delays in shipping time.
I try my best on my part to process and ship the package quickly and efficiently as possible. But once the order leaves the country it is out of my hands. Please be aware of your countrys shipping customs and any fees associated with your area. I am not responsible for any Fees.

Returns and exchange details
Due to the custom nature of my craft, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders. I work with you all though the custom process to create something that is uniquely yours.
Refunds and exchanges are not refundable if your order has shipped and has been delivered. Cancellations are not allowed after your order has shipped.
Alterations and major changes to an order after I have completed it may add additional costs.
All shipments within the US are insured. If something happens during the shipping process, I will work with you to replace or fix the order promptly.
